KLM Auction for Charity Terms and Conditions

• Ticket won may be utilized in any season, but travel is subject to availability in V Class.
• Travel must commence prior to 29 April 2013.
• The KLM ticket is based on Economy Class travel (N Class).You can depart from any of the following cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.
• Validity of the ticket is 3 months from the date of departure and all tickets are to be used together, on the same travel date.
• Date changes permitted within the 3 months’ validity at a fee of AUD 100.00
• KLM prize winner’s ticket is not transferable, not cash-redeemable, non-upgradeable and their validity cannot be extended. The winner of the ticket must be the traveler.
• Any taxes and/or surcharges, and additional costs are not included in the prize and are at the Prize Winner’s own expense and responsibility.
• Frequent flyer points will not be awarded on this airfare.
• The Prize Winner is permitted only to book their travel arrangements through KLM Sydney Ticket Office.
• Travel between Australia and Kuala Lumpur (v.v.) will be on the services of Malaysia Airlines. Travel between Kuala Lumpur and Amsterdam (v.v.) will be on the services of KLM.
